Justin Conway
Justin Thomas Conway is an accomplished attorney and legal strategist who focuses on corporate formation, business transactions, and numerous financial matters. Justin has considerable experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private businesses, executing capital raises for small to medium sized businesses, and has briefing experience in State, Federal, and Appellate Court cases. This broad range of experience gives Justin the perspective he needs to give Conway Eader clients sound advice that considers any foreseeable contingencies. Justin often serves as outside general counsel for small or growing businesses and helps them avoid or address legal issues that arise during the lifecycle of a business.
Justin graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Economics from Connecticut College. After graduating, Justin held a high-level position with a Merchant Service Provider in New York for several years before going to law school. After leaving New York, Justin attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he was the online editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law. After graduating, Justin moved to Atlanta and founded Conway Eader.
