Eli Stiers Esq.

With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Stiers has sought and won justice for individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Mr. Stiers' experience includes being a partner at a prominent Miami-based personal injury law firm before starting his own firm. Before that, Mr. Stiers worked for several years defending corporations and insurance companies and, as a result of this background, is uniquely positioned to offer his clients the benefit of his experience having worked on both sides of civil litigation disputes.

Throughout his career, Mr. Stiers has helped individuals obtain millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements in personal injury cases, and has assisted many businesses in the defense of all manner of civil litigation. Demonstrating a proven track record through his efforts, he is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious associations of trial lawyers in the United States.  Membership is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, and fewer than 1% of all U.S. lawyers are members.

Mr. Stiers has also been rated AV Preeminent ® by Martindale-Hubbell, indicating that his peers and colleagues in the legal profession consider him to have the highest level of professional distinction and ethical standing possible in his areas of practice.

Demonstrating success throughout his career, Mr. Stiers has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine for over a decade, from 2010 through 2022, and is a four-time member of Florida's Legal Elite, published by Florida Trend Magazine, in 2011, 2013, 2020, and 2022.

Additionally, in 2017 Mr. Stiers was included in the Super Stars issue by Attorney At Law Magazine, and in 2018, The National Trial Lawyers selected Mr. Stiers as one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Florida and one of the Top 25 Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyers in the State. ​

Through education and training, Eli received his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in 1999 from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003. Eli is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
