Elizabeth A. Clark

Beth sadly and unexpectedly passed away on April 5, 2020. She was a shining star in our firm and within the Montana legal community. Beth’s law practice focused on helping clients plan for life events, whether by creating a comprehensive estate plan, starting or selling a business, buying or selling real estate, or administering the estate of a loved one. While attending the University of Montana School of Law, she completed a clinical internship with U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy, continued her service in the United States Army Reserve, and interned with a civil litigation firm. She graduated from law school with Honors in 2012 and practiced in a general civil litigation firm for three years before returning to school in 2015 to earn her LL.M. in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. Beth joined Bjornson Jones Mungas, PLLC in April 2018. She enjoyed serving on the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Montana, running the trails of Western Montana, competing in triathlons, and most of all spending time with her three children. Beth’s laughter and bright smile are greatly missed by all that knew her.
