Jeff M. Meyerson
Jeff M. Meyerson graduated third in his class at Dallas’ Hillcrest High School and attended the School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin with a National Merit Scholarship.
He graduated in 1990 with a BBA and in 1993, he received his J.D. at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He immediately dedicated his time in Dallas to helping injured workers and accident victims in workers’ compensation claims and litigation.
Over the years, he has tried numerous cases in state and federal jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, appeals, and administrative hearings. His cases have included claims and trials against the world’s largest corporations both in the United States and abroad. He has argued and won before both state and federal appellate courts.
His tireless efforts have led to settlements and verdicts in cases all over Texas and numerous other states. Following the real estate crash, Jeff expanded his practice to claims against banks, shady developers, negligent real estate agents, brokerages, and Ponzi scheme operators.
He is licensed to practice in Texas and Colorado state courts and various federal courts in Texas, Colorado, California, and Michigan. He has been allowed to practice pro hac vice in other federal courts. He is also licensed in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
