Marc S. Wilson

Marc S. Wilson is a former Kansas Securities Commissioner and financial services attorney. Formerly of Stinson, LLP, a large Kansas City firm, Marc holds J.D., M.B.A. (finance), and LL.M. (banking and financial law) degrees from Boston University's School of Law and its Questrom Graduate School of Business. While in law school, he served as editor-in-chief of the Review of Banking and Financial Law (Vol. 23, 2004 ).

Marc is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, including the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Kansas and Western Missouri, as well as the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
