Megan Gardner
Megan Gardner is an Associate at Rich, Intelisano & Katz, LLP. Her practice is focused in construction and real estate litigation and transactions.
Ms. Gardner’s clients include general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, commercial real estate developers, and real property owners. She represents clients in connection with a broad range of legal issues related to construction and real property disputes, including, among other things, contract disputes, defect and delay claims, commercial disputes, and mechanic’s lien claims. Ms. Gardner is experienced in representing clients at construction arbitrations and mediations, especially before the American Arbitration Association, as well as administrative hearings, and arguing motions in court.
Ms. Gardner also represents a wide variety of clients in connection with the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, and contracts relating to the development of commercial and residential properties, including access and license agreements.
Super Lawyers recognized Ms. Gardner as a "Rising Star" in the field of Construction Litigation in 2018, 2019, and 2021.
Ms. Gardner is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Born and raised in the Greater Cleveland area, she earned her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was a Leadership Grant recipient and awarded the CALI Award for International Real Estate Transactions and Religion Clauses in the First Amendment. Prior to law school, Ms. Gardner earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from American University.
