Michael Mckell

Mike McKell is known as an attorney who brings passion to representing both his clients and constituents. He is the founding partner of McKell Thompson Hunter and a current member of the Utah Senate.

In his professional life, Mike has been admitted to the Utah State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Utah, the United State Supreme Court, and the Arizona State Bar.

Mike’s law practice is primarily focused on insurance law and representing those who have been injured through no fault of their own. His passion for helping those who have been wrongly injured. Mike is a strong advocate for the underrepresented, in court and in the legislature.

Mike has been recognized as one of Utah’s Legal Elites and as a Mountain States Super Lawyer Rising Star. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has a perfect 10.0 AVVO rating. Mike participates in the Utah Association for Justice as well as the American Inn of Court.
