Norman E. Watts

Attorney Watts has been fighting for disadvantaged employees for more than 30 years. While in college in Washington DC he studied pre-law and worked on Capitol Hill for the House of Representatives Education and Labor Committee during a time when Congress enacted major labor laws. He participated in the hearings and learned first-hand about how some employers treat their employees.

In law school, he concentrated on employment and related law courses. Watts Law Firm became a firm concentrating on civil litigation, particularly legal action designed to compensate victims of employers’ unfair treatment. A decade ago, the firm expanded its efforts on victims of medical negligence. Enlisting assistance from expert physicians, the firm has succeeded in obtaining fair and reasonable compensation for injured parties.

The firm has built a strong reputation throughout Vermont. Most of our clients emanate from referrals from other attorneys.
