Mr. Fusco is the founding member of Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., a 20-lawyer firm with 5 offices on Long Island, 4 in NYC as well as a Westchester location.

He is a frequent lecturer and has written many articles and manuals in the fields of Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, and Media Relations.
